Shipping policy

Currently, we are only shipping in the United States.

We aim to process orders within 3 business days.  You will be notified via email with tracking information.

Returns

We understand, you wanted to love it, but it just didn't work out.  We are here to make your return as quick and painless as possible.  Please contact us via email first to initiate a return.

We do not refund back to your original method of payment.  Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the item on your customer account.

When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes as to why it is being returned. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.  Items that appear worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted.

Items may be returned for Styled credit ONLY and must be postmarked within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for return.

Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited, nor will it be shipped back to you.  If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact our Styled team at info@styledbyserena.com

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.  Please allow our Styled team 3-5 business days to receive your return and process your Styled credit. Your credit will automatically be applied towards your next purchase and your balance can be found by logging into your account at www.styledbyserena.com.

Yes.  The following items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged: Jewelry , Candles, Sale items, Last chance items, Flash sales, Deals of the day, and any purchase using a coupon code.

We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items we send to you! If you have received an item with any problems (different size or color than ordered) or defects, please contact our Styled team at info@styledbyserena.com within 5 days to inform us of the issue before returning the item.  If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.  You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Please note exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This situation does not qualify as a defect therefore, only account credit will be given.

EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange your item for you!  Just keep in mind we have limited quantities.

We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product within the 7 days so that you do not miss out on that item since we have limited quantities!

We currently do not have any items in plus sizes.  However, it is our plan to carry these sizes, when the opportunity presents itself.
